Dr. Alon Aviram
Psychotherapist

It’s time to put
the label down.

Most of us carry a short sentence about ourselves. I’m lazy. I’m too much. I’m not enough. It feels like a fact. It isn’t. It’s a place you’re standing. And a place is something you can move from.

Dr. Alon Aviram

Start with one word. The word you use for yourself.

I’ll show you where it puts you, and where you can go from there.

Who I am

For thirty years I carried two words: lazy, and not enough.

I did the therapy. I read the books. I earned the degrees, became a psychotherapist myself, and could explain my own psychology better than anyone in the room. The label still would not move.

That gap, between understanding why you feel something and actually being free of it, is where my work began. I spent fifteen years building a way to map it: not what is wrong with you, but where you are, and how to move again.

Speaking & collaboration

I speak to teams and audiences about identity, change, and the distance between where we are and who we think we are.
